Our clients are always informed beforehand of all costs which will be incurred. We will not perform any cost-incurring services without your explicit approval. This way, you will always have an overview and know what you are spending your money on.

There are different models available to calculate the costs of our legal services:

• Rates in accordance with the RVG (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz – Act on the Remuneration of Lawyers)
• Flat-rate remuneration (individual flat fees, recurring flat rates or flat-rate payment by milestones)
• Hourly rates
• Success-based fee (to the extent permitted by the RVG)

Selection of the remuneration methods will take place in consultation with you and depends on the type of consulting and representation service. Models can also be combined, if required.
